The Concept: A Shift in Perspective "Sea Land" is a linguistic and visual puzzle. A play on words that functions as both a noun and a verb, this 1/1 original challenges the viewer’s perception of space. It is a dual-perspective work: from one angle, it is a top-down aerial view of land emerging from a deep green aquatic abyss. From another, it is a side-profile study of topographical chaos.
The Artifact: Layers of History This work is built upon a salvaged wooden frame that carries its own ghost. The backside features the original handwriting of a previous owner, a hidden provenance that connects the "normal" past to the "Clouded One" future. This isn't just a "handmade gift" to the world; it is a reclamation of an object’s soul.
The Materiality: High-Relief Terrain At a staggering 7 inches in depth, "Sea Land" is one of the most physically imposing pieces in the collection.
